Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 nos onion


  • 5 nos green chilies


  • 1 inch ginger


  • 12 nos garlic


  • 2 tbsp vinegar


  • 1 tsp chili powder


  • 1 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp black pepper


  • 2 piece cinnamon


  • 6 nos cloves


  • 1/2 tsp mustard


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1/2 tsp pepper powder


  • 3 sprig curry leaves


  • 2 tbsp coconut oil

Directions

  • Marinate the cleaned pork pieces with salt, turmeric and Vinegar. Keep aside.
  • Grind Ginger, Garlic, Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Black Pepper , Cinnamon, Cloves and Mustard to a fine paste.
  • Heat coconut oil in a Pressure cooker, add curry leaves, green chilies and sliced onions and saute till limp.
  • Then add the ground Masala paste. Fry for some time
  • Then add the ground Masala paste. Fry for some time
  • Add the marinated Pork Pieces and combine well.
  • Add salt to taste and finally add vinegar and mix well.
  • Pressure cook till soft.
  • Heat some oil in a pan. Fry sliced onions and curry leaves. Add Pepper Powder and Garam Masala.
  • Roast the Pork pieces in this till it is dry.
